We’re two close friends who’ve always shared one thing in common: a love for golf. The early starts, the friendly competition, the rounds you want to forget, and the ones you talk about for weeks. For us, golf has always been about more than the scorecard. It’s the people, the routine, and everything that comes with being out on the course.
That shared passion eventually turned into frustration, with paying over the odds for new equipment and getting shortchanged when it came time to sell our old clubs on. So we asked ourselves: why not build something better ourseselves?

We’re not a huge company with a complicated story: We’re two mates who love golf, had an idea, and decided to go for it.
Green Grade Golf is a London-based online shop that gives good golf clubs a second life. We buy, grade and resell used golf clubs, so golfers across the UK can get quality gear withou tthe new-retail price tag, and get a fair price when they’re ready to sell theirs.

Every club we sell is assessed using our own scoring system. We score the sole/back, face, shaft and grip out of 10 each, giving a total out of 40 and one of five tiers: Pristine, Elite, Performer, Reliable or Poor. You know exactly what you're getting before it arrives, not after.
We're working on an AI fitting assistant to take the guesswork out of finding the right equipment for your game, and we're building this brand club by club.
